"Formerly, anytime I have needed jobsite dumpsters, I did….WHAT EVERYONE IN RICHMOND, VA DOES….I called the ‘Big’ waste management company. Without thinking, I would just call and order whatever cans were needed per job. Those brainwashed actions ended about two weeks ago for me. On a massive project at Virginia Union University, ‘Big Trash’ couldn’t, or rather wouldn’t keep up with our need. What’s more remarkable was the way in which they wouldn’t. From the recommendation of a colleague, all that has since changed. I called CD Hall’s Waste Removal Division, and within 40 minutes, our 1st can arrived, an hour and a half later, the 2nd was arriving on site….JUST AS Shelley in dispatch had explained that it would. From management to driver, the ENTIRE staff legitimately CARES about each customer, and what customers need. It is truly amazing just how much of the extra mile these folks will travel to ensure top-shelf customer service. They have, without doubt, earned a customer for life in me.
