Call (804) 234-5000 or submit an online request to receive a quote from one of our friendly and knowledgeable team members. We will gather some preliminary information regarding your job including the delivery/service address, the requested date of delivery, and the type and amount of material being disposed of. With this information, we will be able to give you the best, most competitive price for your job.
Once you’ve accepted the quote, we will gather contact and payment information including your email address and the phone number of your job site point-of-contact. We will email our Service Agreement for your signature and schedule your delivery date. At this point, you can add any special placement instructions, information about hazards, or notes for the driver. For your convenience, we can take credit/debit cards over the phone for payment. If you are a contractor and wish to set up continued service with us, we will send you an application as well as any required documentation to become a vendor in your network.
On delivery day, our driver will set the dumpster where you’ve instructed in your work order. Our drivers take every precaution to protect the surface that they drive over and set the dumpsters on, however it is your responsibility to take any extra precautions you deem necessary to protect the area where the dumpster will be placed.
Time to fill the dumpster! Once delivery is complete, the dumpster is ready for you to fill. You may use the rear door of the dumpster provided it will close completely and lock properly. We ask that you fill the dumpster evenly and do not pile debris over the top rail. Also, make sure to review your Service Agreement to see our list of prohibited items. Our standard rental is 14 days with a 3-ton weight limit for 30-yard dumpsters.. If more time is required, just call us and let us know. We are happy to help!
Once the dumpster is full, call us to schedule a removal or switch-out. Based on the contents and location, we will then dispatch to the best landfill or recycling center for your disposed materials.
